Our studio unit is high floor 37 floor which u can see the night city of melaka from balcony. Enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning also very relaxing mood breathing the fresh air ❤️ Location also strategi at town area bandar hilir just 5 min drive to shopping mall dataran pahlawan mahkota parade. Below the unit got zus coffee shop and also 7 eleven very convenient. If u want to see movie 🍿 u can go 11 floor got Mbo cinema.

除了打grab不方便其他都很棒，很舒服的地方，可惜只订了一晚没办法慢慢逛了
有阳台确实很方便，环境也好，空调够力开一架就够了，设施齐全

host is really a friendly person, clearly explain the steps from checkin to parking, and the place is super nice! the kitchen had everything i need and everything is clean, the balcony view is just looked like the picture, but i thought it would be cool during night but actually is a bit hot due to the aircon compressor out there. Bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable with lots of pillows, but one thing is i saw two small cockroach in the midnight🥲 but i will surely come again for my next trip to melaka❤️❤️

Silverscape Luxury Residences is a high rise building with 44 floor. Our place Silverscape Luxury Condominium is located at Melaka Raya which is very strategic location in the center of Melaka. Melaka Raya got many good cafe, restaurants, bakery, laundry, and we also close to Dataran Pahlawan and mahkota parade mall only 5 min drive away. Across the road also got small supermarket call speechmart. Our ground floor condominium got 7 eleven 24 hours very convenient.If u want see movie can go level 11 got mbo cinema. And also cafe zus coffee is new opening can go simple breakfast there .We also got new opening cafe at 44 floor wildseed with beautiful view 😇 chilling place .
