Before our holiday we received great detail about the villa and how to get to it which was of great help We arrived late at night and waiting for us was a welcome pack of food to see us through tell we had done our food shop this was brilliant thanks for sorting Richard Everything was as described and everything was clean both inside and outside . We had a brilliant stay Would definitely looked at using one of Richards properties again without doubt

The house was lovely with a great pool. The host answered all my questions and the owner who lives behind the house was extremely helpful and polite. The house is advertised as being in Poly but it is actually in Argaka. If you are looking for a quiet holiday or you have a car then this is an ideal place to stay with own private pool and quiet beach across the road. The beautiful restaurant that we went to is 15 min walk, mini supermarket and Irish pub is about a 30 min walk(in very hot weather 😅). There is also a pizza place that will deliver (pizzas are superb). If you have little ones staying then make sure they have swim shoes when out the back near the pool as tiles get very wet and slippery. I would stay again as all my family were agreeable that it is a lovely place to stay but I would definitely hire a car next time, I probably would have saved money due to taxi fares 😎

The villa was ideal for our family holiday. Quiet location, lovely private pool and clean space. There are shops and restaurants down the road, but we preferred to go into Polis (15 minute drive) where there are delightful, local and friendly restaurants and shops. We were very lucky during our stay as we got to see baby turtles hatch at the beach across the road! Richard is super helpful and responsive, and check in was very easy. Would highly recommend for families!

This was the second time we stayed at this villa, love the area. Plenty of room for a family, grandchildren loved the pool. Tipsy Turtle restaurant just 5 minutes away have great food and a friendly place to chill out.
