Overall its a nice place to stay considering its strategic location to the city center. The place is worth the price. I only have a comment on the glass windows and glass doors to the balcony. They are shaking loudly with the blows of the wind. Perhaps they lack that rubber shock absorbers.

The internet is very fast, download speeds are around 300-400Mbps. Upload speed is around 100Mbps. The view from the window made me feel very peaceful. The owner was kind and quick to respond. The room was just right for one or two people, and it was one of the best stays I've had in many places around the world. This is definitely a recommended place and room.
