It was my second time staying. As always did not disappoint. If you need a place to stay near UST best place to be. Smooth checkin and checkout. Easy to communicate with the owner and care taker. Complete toiletries and clean spacious space for 4. Fast food and coffee shops are just nearby. Highly recommended. Will definitely book again.

The best place to book if you’d like to stay near UST! I was a bit hesitant to book at first because of the price but I can say that it was worth it! - Place was easy to find. - Smooth check-in and check-out process. - Host and caretaker reply fast. - CLEAN! Unit is well maintained. Bed sheets smell clean. - Fast internet with Smart TV. - Surrounded by sooo many establishments. Next year paskuhan ulit! :D

We need a place near UST and this was the best place and location. Easy to find the place. Easy access to fast food and host is easy to talk to and even guards and staffs are so friendly. We are pax of 4 and we fit in her place perfectly. It was clean and spacious enough for us comfortable with complete toiletries. Will definitely recommend her place if you need a place to stay near UST. It was worth it.
