The company were very helpful and flexible, allowing us to check in early. The flat itself was fine, but a bit dirty - rusty towel warmer, coffee stains on the kitchen cupboards etc and the beds were uncomfortable. It was fine for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay here long term. Also, you need to pay close attention to the details they send out about how to find the location - it’s very hard to find with just the postcode.

the apartment was clean and spacious, however there was issue with the apartment and the apartment blocks, the lift was out of service from 2 second day of our stay I travelled with my parents who are old and they had to take breaks trying to get up to the 2nd floor. I mentioned the issue to the host however he or she could not give me a time frame of when it would be fixed. we checked out and the lift still was out of service, this means I had to do more than one trip getting luggage from the apartment in to my car. the bare minimum the host should of done is relocated us to a ground floor apartment.The second issue is that TV remote battery are completely flat.
