when we arrived it was were all the morrocans lived but we fitted in nicely everybody was really nice the apartment was really nice and clean we was there a month and we loved it and are hopeing to go back in Dec again but for longer thankyou Mohamed we had the best time

We booked a month-long stay at Mohamed’s while trying to find a long term apartment for us in Agadir. That was a mistake. The place is advertised as being perfect for children and long stays. This is inaccurate. The main reasons we booked this Airbnb were: •High speed wifi (listed at 46 mpbs). •Washing machine •Television with Netflix, Disney + and cable •Advertised as an ideal place to bring a child, including toys and a safe, clean, quiet living space Here were the issues we had: •When we ran a speed test on the wifi, it was 17-21 mpbs. Half of what was advertised. I am working remotely, so it was necessary for me to have fast wifi. Mohamed did bring us a wifi booster that ended up not working either. It actually stopped our wifi from working all together. I suggest that they install wifi for the apartment instead of trying to use wifi from their apartment above the Airbnb. •the washing machine was full of black mold that I tried to clean, but found impossible. We needed up having to hand wash everything. •the television did not have Disney plus, Netflix, or even cable. We read the manual and tried to have a Moroccan friend walk us through it. It just simply wasn’t even an option. •the toy car for children pictured in the listing was not available for use. The host said that it was broken. If it was broken, then don’t put it in the listing. •flaking paint on the walls that our toddler loved to try and eat. •cigarette burns on the couch •the listing advertised “room darkening curtains” but we all had issues sleeping because of how bright the rooms were at night because of security lights right outside the windows. •and finally, the ants. The place is infested with ants. We left out a few items of dirty laundry after showering and the next morning there were hundreds of ants in our clothing. You also cannot leave out a crumb of food in the kitchen without ants streaming through the walls and onto the countertop. It was nightmarish. Not to mention that the place isn’t even set up as a residential apartment. It used to be a daycare! It’s totally impractical for long term stays. No wonder they have to Airbnb it out. No one would want to stay in it as an actual apartment. We paid $700 USD thinking that we would be staying in an apartment worthy of the price. It’s maybe worth $200 USD a month. You can rent a villa for $700 USD a month in Agadir. Overall, we were extremely disappointed with the deceptive nature of the listing. The only good parts about the stay were the terrace and the location. The place needs a lot of work before anyone else should think about staying here. What a shame.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Mohamed. La maison correspond tout à fait à la description sur le site. Elle est spacieuse et bien située. La terrasse est vraiment un atout dans la maison. On y a pris tous nos repas et on a pu faire des barbecues assez souvent. Nous avons toutefois des suggestions pour améliorer la cuisine surtout en ce qui concerne l'équipement.

Comme la plupart des gens qui ont séjourné dans cet appartement, tout s’est très bien passé pour moi aussi. Pour ma part j'aimerais insister sur trois point : -La propreté : L'appartement est entièrement carrelé, et la terrasse aussi, ce qui est parfait pour l'entretien -L'espace : L'appartement est beaucoup plus grand que sur les photos. Il y a 2 chambres et un salon, une cuisine et une salle de bain avec douche. Approximativement 80 a 90 m2 je dirais -Les chats : Il y a une dizaine de chats errants autour de l'appartement qui sont super mignons. Il y a 2 chatons qui venaient dormir sur mon paillasson, c'était incroyable 🥰 Probablement l'un des meilleurs appartements sur Agadir, et je pense le meilleur rapport qualité/prix
