Had a wonderful stay at the Barn Door Cottage. Great, convenient location. About a 6-7 minute walk to the center of Lambertville and 15-20 minute walk to New Hope. The house is completely stocked with everything you’d need and then some. The layout of the house works really well with bedrooms and full baths on both floors. The desk spaces in both of the upstairs bedrooms were really convenient since we worked a little during the week. The only negative is that we couldn’t stay longer! We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area and would stay there again without hesitation. Thanks to Devon for making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay! Devon’s place was perfect for our family trip. The house was adorable and outfitted with such nice little touches (stocked pantry with misc items, bikes, games, books and a great patio where we spent most evenings enjoy the beautiful summer evenings). Lambertville and New Hope are both wonderful towns that kept the adults and teens busy. We went for walks on the toe path, ate way too many croissants at Chez Alice (try the smoked salmon one - soooo good), and enjoyed the many unique shops. We loved everything about our visit and highly recommend this airbnb! The host and amenities were all top notch!

The hosts are wonderful and we’re very helpful especially prior to our stay which made our stay unfold with ease. We were a long stay following a major surgery. It was a peaceful and very functional place for us for 20+ days. The towns of Lambertville and New Hope are both easy access on foot. Parking easy. There are 8 steepish steps from the side walk into the yard and the bed on main floor has a couple steps to get into it as well. The wifi, ac, plumbing and appliances all work great and the we were especially grateful for the ac system with the Canadian smoke filled outdoors as the house air quality was very good compared to outside. That was big plus. Street noise during early am sleeping hours (5-8am) is notable from the main floor bedroom yet nothing a pair of ear plugs can’t tackle. The patio area is sweet and the birds bees and fireflies were a sweet addition too. All in all it met our expectations and thanks to Devon, Jim and Mary. :-))

We enjoyed our stay at the Barn Door Cottage. It was in the location we wanted and roomy enough to accommodate a family of 7! Clean, with easy walking access to Lambertville and New Hope. Thank you Devon and Jim. You were wonderful hosts and very responsive to our needs. We gladly recommend the Barn Door Cottage and would stay here again ourselves. Greg and MaryAnn
