sursum corda is a peaceful, grounding beautiful house. we've held two silent meditation retreats here and carol has been always responsive, proactive, positive and supportive. our guests loved the home. thanks so much Carol!

The Retreat was a perfect accommodation for our very large family. It is difficult for us to find an affordable place to be together every few years with the multi-generations and Carol’s place for the bill perfectly. All the teens and 20s got privacy, easy to play games and eat together with so many tables, everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen. We look forward to coming back in the summer now.

Big enough for our 20 guests during our yoga retreat. The yurt provided ample space for our activities. The beds, linens, and towels were clean, and the showers offered decent water pressure. There was a significant downside to our stay. Carol had invited our facilitators to arrive a day early, but upon arrival, we discovered that none of the six bathrooms had been cleaned in what seemed like months. They were in a deplorable state with hair, dirt, and dried-up bodily fluids. We had to put in hours of effort to clean them before our paying guests arrived. When we expressed our disappointment to Carol, she seemed unconcerned. Her response left us disheartened, especially considering the potential of Sursum Corda Retreat Center. While we understand it's not a hotel, a basic level of cleanliness should be maintained, given the substantial fees paid by guests. We were saddened by this interaction. The space has anazing potential but falls short on a crucial aspect - cleanlines!

We'll be back! Hosted a silent meditation retreat and it was a lovely location. Really appreciated the walking trail, and outdoor spaces, the sauna and the spacious house.
