We appreciated the price for a one night stay. There was a splash pad outside our room, and guests were using it until 11:00pm. They were having fun, but the noise made it difficult to sleep, and we had an early flight to catch. I messaged the host, but did not receive a message back. There is no elevator to the second floor, so be prepared to haul luggage up a flight of stairs if you’re on the second floor. There were a couple of guests ahead of us at check in that were upset about their experience there. They were very vocal about their concerns and security was called to the scene. In the morning, there were two cop cars on the property at 6:00am. The staff were friendly and respectful.

This resort looks just like the photos but with no discredit to the staff was a slight headache. They were understaffed and took a long time to check people in with only two people working the front on a Saturday at designated check in time. Their was also a $100 deposit fee (we’d be told it will get refunded in 7-21days) that isn’t specified in the bnb listing that really caught us off guard and was the determining factor on not coming back. No blame on the staff just a poor listing.

I was truly impressed with the place we had. It was a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. Seems as if the place was once an apartment complex to the suite we had was great. The bed was great and comfy and it was lots of room. The gym seemed to be nice as my nephew used it. The check in was a nice and easy process. The only thing to make sure you are mindful of is the extra deposit that is refundable, and the resort fee which is a daily cost. The deposit was $150 and the resort fee was about $12. Another thing that you should be mindful of is that checkout is 10am NOT 11am. The location was nice because there are food places and stores. The beds were comfy and we didn’t experience any noise in the night. I would surely choose this place again. I really enjoyed my stay and compared to the other options I was very happy with my choice and look forward to staying here and getting the opportunity to use more of the amenities.
