We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Diary and would recommend. Francesca welcomed us on arrival and showed us around with helpful suggestions as to the local area. The Dairy had the most comfortable bed and linens we have ever had at an Air B and B, complete with tea, coffee, milk and mini fridge which was well used during our stay. The village is beautiful and the lovely garden where we could play with our Newfoundland dog and we had plenty of space for him. The area is beautiful and tranquil- we loved walking around the village, Castle Combe, Bath and nearby Corsham. We ate at the village pub and the Meuthan Arms in nearby Corsham twice (as it was excellent!) we had a very quiet and relaxing stay and would highly recommend The Diary as a base for exploring this beautiful area. Thank you Francesca and family for having us to stay!

Beaitiful small quirkly converted dairy. Tastefully decorated with comfortable bed and great shower/bath. Touches like fresh milk, biscuits, tea and coffee were apreciated. Set in a beautiful village. Francesca was a lovely welcoming host who was available if anything needed. Would highly recommend.

I‘ve stayed at Francesca‘s place for the second time now and I loved coming back! I cannot recommend The Dairy enough. I can’t wait to come back yet again ☺️

Myself, my wife and dog had a great stay at Francesca’s place. We used the place as a base to explore nearby Castle Combe and Lacock- Biddestone itself is worth a look around as it has some beautiful buildings and is also the start of the heritage trail walk which I would recommend. We didn’t meet Francesca but she sent clear instructions on where to park, how to get into the property etc. Overall a great stay.
