I regret to inform you that my recent stay at your hotel was extremely disappointing and distressing. Upon checking into my room, I was shocked to discover bed bugs infesting the bedding. This not only ruined my entire experience but also posed a significant health risk. As a result, I am deeply dissatisfied and demand a full refund for my one-night stay. The presence of bed bugs is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the cleanliness and maintenance standards of your establishment. I urge you to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure the comfort and safety of your guests in the future. Brandon and Mabel have not reached out to us, we had to reach out to them despite several different contact attempts. Apparently a pest control company has to confirm whether the bed bug infestation is accurate. No one from the resort cared to even come see the issue either which makes us think this is a common issue at the resort. Unit also stunk of weed and cigarettes.
