The standout feature was Rajeevan, who manages the facility. He was extremely helpful to me, absolutely prompt and courteous, and I observed him gently and carefully assisting an elderly gentleman who needed help walking. The complaints reflect the norm for this price range: sheets that were badly stained and looked unwashed, stained towel (that, thankfully, looked washed), bathroom that needed a deep scrubbing and fresh fittings, peeling paint, stained wall switches, etc The AC was great and Rajeevan provided a clean pillowcase and a couple of sheets to spread over the dirty sheets. He was always cheerful and ready to help with a smile. He also summoned local transportation and offered to inquire about travel options. Thank you Rajeevan! The location was great. Walking distance to restaurants yet quiet and peaceful with plenty of foliage typical of a tropical paradise.
