I stayed with 5 friends at Susan's beautiful home for two nights in April. We were able to easily locate the property and check-in was straight-forward. The property itself is an amazing location with beautiful views of the local environment. The house had so much to offer, from the games room, pool and piano to the comfortable rooms. The house also benefits from the TLC it gets from the owners, you can tell that a lot of heart has gone into it. We were given everything that we needed for our stay and the local Tesco is a 15 min drive away so that was convenient. The book provided by Susan answered most of the questions we had about the house. Overall, we had a delightful stay. I would not hesitate to stay again and would wholly recommend visiting.

Great house, very comfortable and well equipped. All the bedrooms are large and extremely comfortable and the games facilities downstairs are great. Access to lots of good walks - though because it had been so wet they were all very muddy! Lots if good spaces to chat and the kitchen is large and well equipped. We struggled a little with the Aga - none if us have one - but eventually got timings right for cooking. Only thing I would suggest is potentially having an additional fridge. We did our own catering and brought a lot of food/drinks/milk etc and ran out of room a little. Saying that its a fabulous house in a great spot and would thoroughly recommend!

My stay at Susan’s was more than I hoped for. It was a beautiful home in an idyllic position to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. I loved the open plan aspect and the ‘warmth’ it provided. The six double bedrooms were all beautiful and we loved the games room. The kitchen area and Aga were great and everything we needed was provided. Susan’s communication was excellent. Everyone wanted to stay for longer. It was perfect.

Amazing place - panoramic views are absolutely wonderful, particularly at sunrise/ sunset. We (6 adults) stayed for a work away weekend. There was plenty of space for meetings and power points for laptops. The kitchen is well equipped with great underfloor heating. Beds are extremely comfortable. One minor area for improvement - the blue bathroom could do with updating & having a shower curtain over the bath. We were fortunate to have an excellent pianist amongst our group, who throughly enjoyed playing the perfectly tuned baby grand. Multiple members felt they would come back for large family holidays and use the bunk room and pool!
