This upper floor rental features in floor heat, vaulted ceilings, and large windows to take advantage of the breathtaking vistas of the ski hill and down the Lizard Range. There is a private hot tub situated in the backyard for guests to use with phenomenal views. The open concept kitchen and living area are conducive to both social gatherings or meditative gazing of mountain views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a custom counter height dining table/island and efficient cooking area. The living area with the large and panoramic windows is both cozy and spacious. Whether you are cooking, socializing or relaxing the built in speakers and sound system will help set the mood. The media room features 5.1 surround sound, large screen TV (Netflix included) and a large, comfy sectional couch for family movie nights. The master bedroom features a queen bed and views towards the Elk River and beyond. The second bedroom features a twin over double bunk bed and daybed which works either as a twin or queen bed. This bedroom features views of the ski hill. Laundry facilities include a washer and dryer (detergent included). A ski locker is conveniently located at the front of the guest house for safe storage of skis and snowboards. This ski locker is shared with the bachelor suite underneath. The bathroom is spacious and spa like. Soak in the tub and gaze towards Castle Rock, you just may glance upon the local fox or a herd of elk wandering through the field. Parking is ample just in front of the guest house.
