The bathroom is very small, doesn't match the photo, the heater doesn't work. the room is very clean, the area is very close to many Asian restaurants, in the outside area of ​​the hotel there is not enough space for my dog ​​to pee, I had to walk a bit to the train but it wasn't a problem because my dog ​​was well behaved.

Central location- 7 min from the West Station - and about 20 min to the Ost Station / the hostel is clean, the room and the bathroom have a great size ; the communication with the receptionist was easy and gentle ; I recommend and wish to come back soon

Very convenient to Interlaken West which lets you easily get to Interlake Ost. Several of our plans had us leaving out of West instead of Ost which was super nice. Check in was a breeze and they allowed us to store our luggage before and after check in/out. Only big complaint was very poor wifi which made uploading photos and videos of our adventures difficult.
