Lia's place was PERFECT for our weekend. Lia was excellent in communicating with us from the time we arrived to the time we left. We were in town for a cheer competition at the Bay Center, which was a smooth 20 minute drive from the location. There was a mixture of adults and kids and It was plenty of room for each us. An added plus was that each room had it's on bathroom w/ a shower and the half bathroom. It helped speed the process with 6 girls/women. Access to the beach and the resort amenities were perfect for our kids ages 5-16. The only suggestion the kids had was to upgrade the televisions to Smart TV's so they could have access to Netflix & Disney+. LOL. I would definitely book again!

You can’t go wrong staying here! Nice views, close to the beach, and nice pools. Lots of activities too.

The condo is fantastic. It is as nice as any unit at Portofino and the views are phenomenal. The balcony wraps around so there are views of both the gulf and the sound. The condo was clean, well furnished and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Room looked just like the photos and the resort is beautiful. This building has easier beach access than the others but was further from the main pool. Overall we had a great time. Our only issue was : We had a team of 7 people show up and start inspecting the condo during breakfast, they were in there walking around (unannounced) for over an hour . After taking photos of the rooms with all of our stuff in it, they hung out on our balcony having a conversation they could have easily done outside in the hall. It was terrible timing trying to get 2 toddlers dressed for the beach with strangers wandering around. If they had given notice of an inspection time scheduled ahead of time that was communicated to us we would have tried to be out of the room during their visit. For the cost to rent this room I was pretty annoyed by this. However, I assume this doesn’t happen regularly and was unique to our experience.
