The location is very convenient (only a short walk) to the grocery store and so easy to locate. also the place is nice and clean the only thing that I wasn't satisfied with is that it's not stated on the rules that there's an additional parking fee, the host did ask me if we have a car and only state it in the private message that we need to pay for the parking it should have been clear that there's an extra payment for it. anyways the host is kinda responsinve with our concerns, so the overall experience is good.

I recently stayed at this 2-bedroom Airbnb unit for the Coldplay concert. It was conveniently easy to locate. The overall experience was positive, but there were a few minor drawbacks. Firstly, the lack of cleaning tools for a "Clean As You Go" (CLAYGO) stay was noticeable and somewhat inconvenient (lack of rags, dustpan, additional trashbags). Additionally, the towels provided had a lingering unpleasant smell. Despite these issues, the location and the unit itself were satisfactory, making it a decent choice for a short stay.

Ms Reyann place is so accessible! It took us only 15-20 mins from PH Arena! Great place to stay. Clean condo! There are towels and blankets! Airconditioning is also good! Very affordble! Will book this again if we have event in PH Arena! Thank you so much! Will recommend this!
