I had a wonderful stay at Edythe's place. Everything is as pictured/described, and all of the basics work well. I loved the location; most of downtown Manhattan is easily walkable and there are several subway lines within a few blocks of the building. It was a pleasure communicating with Edythe and the self check in/out made logistics of arrival and departure a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

The flat: it looks exactly like in the photos. It’s cute, quite spacious, and feels more like a 1-bedroom than a studio. Very arty/boho chic. Plenty of room to hang out or work. Super fast wifi. Exceptionally comfortable bed (honestly, I wish I could have taken it home with me). The building is a bit rundown but felt safe and was quiet. The location: right in the middle of trendy SoHo/Nolita, you can walk virtually anywhere, but somehow it also gets surprisingly quiet at night. Lots of coffee shops and places to eat. Great for fashion and shopping. Nearby Broadway gets busy with tourists but is easy to avoid - or embrace, up to you. The hostess: the best part - a perfect Airbnb host 💫Edythe was incredibly welcoming and friendly from booking to check out. A super-cool individual, and a brilliant hostess, she went above and beyond to sort out any issues and make sure the flat had everything I needed. Thank you! If you enjoy SoHo, this may be your heaven.

Edythe is a great host. She was helpful with her instructions and always very prompt. I was comfortable throughout my stay. The only downside of the place is that it is in a really old building. It’s not a fancy apartment if you’re looking for one.

Lovely little apartment in an amazing location between SoHo and Chinatown. Really can’t be beat. The Canal stop is only a few blocks away. The apartment has everything you would need, including for an extended stay. It’s filled with colorful and quirky art, which gives it a lot of character. Way better than the fabricated AirBnB’s that no one has ever lived in! Lots of mirrors which I like too. The space heaters were adequate for warmth at night. I never had a noise issue. Very low key city sounds in the background, but it’s not on a block with a ton of traffic or night life. It’s nearby and accessible for your own adventures without encroaching on your home life. Edythe is a wonderful and thoughtful host. I highly recommend her AirBnB!
