Giltraps Townhouse & Glamping is located in the charming village of Kinnitty in County Offaly, Ireland and at the foothills of the Slieve Bloom Mountains. This purpose-built guest accommodation provides all of the modern practical amenities that any guest would require for an independent and comfortable stay. Kinnitty Village is a ninety minute drive from Dublin, Galway, Shannon and Rosslare. It is the ideal location to use as a base to explore the Irish countryside, hike, walk and / or cycle in the Slieve Bloom Mountains, or attend a wedding at Kinnitty Castle Hotel. Giltraps is located in the centre of the village, a fifteen second walk from all local amenities and both churches. OUR ROOMS All of the en-suite rooms are bright and airy with central heating throughout. There are five en-suite guest rooms in Giltraps Guesthouse. The rooms cater for every type of guest request from single occupancy to family rooms catering for up to four persons, including child cots. The entire accommodation is a smoke-free area. The beds, as comfortable as you will find, comprise of orthopaedic mattresses and cotton sheets. All of the bathrooms feature power showers with luxury bathroom amenities. Some of the additional amenities available upon request include iron & ironing boards, hair dryers & straighteners and shoe polish. Giltraps Yurt For a luxury glamping yurt experience we can provide a very comfortable interior accommodation up to four guests. OUR BREAKFAST At Giltraps Townhouse & Glamping, our breakfast offering is quite unique. A Breakfast hamper consisting of floury bap with bacon, sausage and egg, freshly baked croissants and selection of tea and coffee. Please note that breakfast is not included in listed rates.
