Great stay. Right from the time of booking to check out, it was a seamless experience. The host Shaeen greeted us as soon as we checked in. Right through our stay, she was extremely responsive and proactive in giving recommendations of local eateries , places to visit, must do activities , etc. The place itself was exactly like the photos with the balconies having fantastic views of the endless waters. Well furnished, well maintained and felt right at home. Location is a little interior from the main road but easily accessible and quite peaceful with all required amenities . Deepak, the property manager, was always just a call away for any requests we had. All in all , a must visit place which I would highly recommend for staying in and around the Panjim/Dona Paula area.

Shaeen's property is located in the heart of the city hence all the restaurants and shopping centres are accessible. Her property is impeccable as it is extremely well-maintained, well-ventilated and the check-in staff (shout out to Seema) makes the process super easy and makes you feel at home. The house also offers a serene view of the Arabian Sea as depicted in the pictures and is a remarkable experience. The watchman of the building is also super sweet and helpful!

Thank you for the wonderful experience! Having stayed at both of Shaheen's properties offering sea views, I'm delighted to report that they both surpassed my expectations in terms of the breathtaking sea vistas and the spaciousness they offer. It's worth mentioning that having your own or a rented vehicle would enhance your stay, as the location is a bit removed from the city's hustle and bustle, ensuring a peaceful retreat. The delivery services from Swiggy/Instamart are remarkably prompt, adding convenience to our stay. The accommodations include three generously sized bathrooms attached to bedrooms, plus a convenient half bath near the living area. Two of the three bedrooms boast stunning sea views, and the spacious balcony is an ideal spot for relaxing in the evenings. It's important to note that while the apartment offers fantastic sea views, it is not directly on the beach. I'm eagerly looking forward to returning and enjoying another incredible stay.

Shaeen and her partner are excellent hosts. Regularly check in on you through the stay. The apartment has a great view and has all basic amenities in place. Essentials for breakfast are made available every morning too. Would come back and stay here again!
