Theresa's property is in a peaceful neighborhood, and has a welcoming, comfortable, and clean interior. There's the added bonus of being able to feed goats, farm cats, and see chickens and pigs on the neighboring property if you're into that (our daughter loved it). Some have mentioned the rooster crowing in the middle of the night but we never heard it until we were already up one morning. There is a train crossing down the road though and it made itself known before 7am Sunday so if you're a late sleeper be mindful of that. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms (that don't wobble), comfortable pillows, and comfortable beds. If we were to stay in the area again we would seek this property out first!

The house was exactly like the photos and Teresa was very helpful and responsive. She had some snacks and tea and coffee available when we arrived!

The house was great and as described. The only reason I gave four stars was because of the roosters from the farm. We were aware of chickens, but the multiple roosters spent the night in the tree our front and kept a few of us up starting at 5:01am. It was fun for the kids to feed the goats and the house itself was clean and comfortable.
