Check in and check out was super easy and straightforward. Great location for skiing. Loved the useful appliances in the unit, slow cooker, blender and rice cooker; super handy when you spend the whole day on the hill but have the whole family to feed. Lots of beds to accommodate families. Parking was a problem for the new year holiday tho which made unloading difficult, but overflow was not too far a walk. Overall a good stay.

Nice place that's close to a chairlift and the gondola. It has underground parking however our truck was too tall to fit. (Ram 1500) We arrived after dark and had some trouble finding the unit as it's right between buildings and the area was not lit. The front entrance is very tight with a staircase leading to the main floor, making it somewhat of a hassle to move in. The livingroom and kitchen we're relatively well appointed with with good selection of tv channels and utensils. There were basic supplies (tea, coffee filters, sugar) included, however we realized shampoo and conditioner were not. (This is in the property description, but I missed it and the store across the road is very pricey) Overall we enjoyed our stay as the unit is close to a lift, gondola, shared hot tub and laundry facilities. The host was responsive when we asked for some extra towels.

For a place built in a ski community, the design is horrible. Knowing that most will being coming in with over size luggage, having a narrow doorway into 2'x2' mud area to steep stair case, horrible was first and lasting impression. Inside the unit was livable for the short stay.

Our group stayed here for 4 nights for a ski trip. We had never stayed on site at Panorama before and this was definitely a great experience. with access to fantastic hot tubs and mere steps away from the chairlifts it's definitely worth it. The space was well laid out and the beds were comfortable. There was a bit of a hiccup on checking in with the entry code and key cards, but the hosts were responsive and friendly and we were able to come to a quick resolution with their help. Would recommend!
