lovely layout and interior. the downside was quite dusty in all corners, even under shelves. the bed duvet would have been ideal for summer, not for winter. needs personal touches to make it feel more welcome and to attract you to come back. No milk, tea, or coffee. Tv in the wrong location. just needs more consideration given to making it a more comfortable and enjoyable stay to entice people to want to stay again and recommend to others.

Used as a base for Christmas as was close to family. Had everything we needed and good value for money. Walls are a little thin but luckily other people who were staying were fairly quiet.

This is a great place to stay - two minutes away from Wickham Market and a great base for you to navigate your way across Suffolk. Great facilities and very comfortable....

Great communication from the hosts, easy check in. Spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen, constant supply of hot water, powerful shower in the compact en suite. No door between bedroom and living room with instructions not to allow dog in bedroom (totally agree) tested his training. During our stay the access to the large rear grassed area which we would've used for exercising the dog was restricted due to building work, not sure of the timetable or extent of the work. May be worth asking the host if you, like us would find the space useful with a dog. Plenty of private parking off of the main road
