Hi! I'm a small business owner and Summit County local for 15 years now! I'm a 37 year old adventurous and seeking spirit. Playing outside and being in the bright warm sun is my jam. I love dancing to live music, traveling, rock climbing, snowboarding, enlightenment, coffee, festivals and good conversation. My passion is cultivating connection both thru my home and work. I offer international retreats and teach others how to heal, transform, and root their lives in gratitude and compassion. I am a Medicine Woman and love to introduce a bridge to 5th dimensional living thru plant medicine and intuitive creation. You can find out more about me by searching Meg Richmond Medicine Woman. Currently, I am birthing a psychedelic community resource center with some of the greatest people on the planet, here is Colorado. Check out the Plant Magic Cafe- it’s out coffee shop gateway. And an up and coming 10 bed retreat center and ceremony space. Please stay with us here before/after visiting my home in breck. Additionally, I’m partnering with my best friend to develop our farm into a Net Positive Community. We are at the drawing board with engineers and surveyors to take conscious community to the next level on 38 acres We own in a nearby mountain town :) check out Salida, Colorado if you’re looking for a gem. Thank you for your consideration!!! ***About my house*** I try and filter through people to create the perfect mountain vibe and energy for my home which I bought and remodeled last year. I am now pursuing a longtime dream of creating a mature Hostel, happy and full of energy with like-minded and adventurous, traveling spirits. Bed & Community Breakfast is what I'm trying to get to,...for now, its just a house full of fun people that commonly make dinner together, share smiles, and exchange stories and laughter. My house is a nice home on peak 7, in Breckenridge. It is over 2000 sq feet with up to 4 private bedrooms listed at a time. ***About my town*** Last winter, I was asked by a guest about my town and what I loved about it. She also wanted to know how I felt about Vail, and Utah. This was my response: "Breck is definitely where its at as far as visiting and/or moving to. I moved here the day I graduated college and have never looked back. I just bought a home, and I am doing a full gut and extensive remodel just down the street. The mentality and way of life here is what I've fallen in love with. People work to live, not live to work. We focus our lives around being and playing outside (we have over 300 days of sunshine a year), everywhere is dog friendly, marijuanna is legal, (which speaks of the open mindness more than anything), and normally the talk around the table is about everyones previous or next travel adventure. Progression, love, empathy, and being and creating an overall sense of happiness is what my friends, and my town are all about. You get a local feel of warmth, community, and friendliness which is unlike any other resort community I've visited (which is many). Most resorts, especially those owned by Vail, do not cater to the community vibe, and most residents are only part-time 2nd and 3rd home owners. Vail is identical to a European ski resort. It was made to mock both architecture and community layout. And, the whole town is in a valley with I-70 running thru it! Utah is a far less progressive state than Colorado.
