Everything about Carmen and her place were great and as advertised. The only issue we had was with inconsistent WIFI. Carmen has no control over this - the area doesn't have reliably consistent service. We were able to work around it. If strong, uninterrupted WIFI is your priority, this place might not work for you. For us, it was great.

Highlights of this stay included: a peaceful location with beautiful trees / views; ample space and a comfortable ambience in the house; and a friendly host (we communicated through messaging). Overall our stay was pleasant but included several easily correctable issues. 1. We lacked precise / practical / detailed information on the water supply. We are desert dwellers with longstanding conservation habits and need to do occasional laundry because of our outdoor work. We had no shortage during the stay but generous up-front information would have secured our peace of mind in this regard. 2. We were startled by the neighbor's roaming dog on the property (which apparently is friendly but we were not warned about in advance). 3. There was a paucity of specific household supplies (e.g., the laundry room had multiple laundry soap containers that all turned out to be empty and caught us by surprise). Overall, we enjoyed our stay; Carmen truly has a great property!

Amazing home was spacious and quiet with everything we needed plus more. Really enjoyed the piano room and the peaceful outdoor lighting in the evening. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend!
