The house was exactly like the pictures! It was very nice. However, the master bath on the first floor had fecal stains on the toilet. I was glad I brought cleaners and disinfectant with me. They offered to come and clean the next day, but i wasn't going to use the restroom like that, so i cleaned it myself. There was a lot of hair in the beds and the towels. The tub also had a ring in it. I cleaned that as well. I didn't use the pool because of a horrible smell. I thought mayb it was a dead animal but they have no control over that. Overall it was good besides those issues.

Pros: Home itself is beautiful & in a perfect location. Cons: Southern Vacations(SV) called me 4 hours before check-in to advise the oven in the property was non-working & a part was on order. I asked if SV had another property that would accommodate my family since I booked the home on the premise all amenities were functional. We had family meals planned that required a working oven for our group of 10. The first representative mentioned she would look into that & follow up with me. No one ever followed up so I called SV back to inquire. The new rep I spoke with had no notes of the previous conversation & mentioned that the only thing they could ask for was a monetary reimbursement to supplement the non-working oven. During our entire stay no one followed up with us from SV regarding the monetary reimbursement that SV mentioned. Additionally, the floors in the home were filthy which was stated in a previous review. Each one of my guest had black feet & resorted to wearing shoes.

Loved the house, really good location. Had a great weekend. Plenty of space for everybody to sleep. Everything was clean and organized.

Absolutely beautiful home - we had a great time there. Loved the neighborhood and it was a quick walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and lots of bath towels provided so didn't have to do much laundry. Four bikes were included with the rental and when I called the bike rental company about low air pressure in a few of the bikes they came out the same day and took care of it. There were puzzles and games available for the afternoon it rained. Only addition I can think of is that it would be great if they had a few beach chairs and towels for guests to use during their stay.
