The location was perfect and private. Very comfortable stay for our family of 4, though the top bunk is quite hard to get into if you’re 10 yrs +, so our youngest ended up sleeping on the pull-out couch. The hot tub and pool were very nice with comfortable and clean locker rooms to change in. Overall, a great experience and we would love to come back!

Great space with lots of room for four of us. Location was really good, just across the road from the market village with lots of shops and cafes and only five minutes further into Whistler village. Had a great few days in the area with Ziptrek being the highlight. Would definitely book this place again if we were coming back

Great logistics overall, slightly inconvenienced due to the hot water in our unit going out for the final evening / morning of our stay. The phones were also messed up and when I called to ask for maintenance they would disconnect and the lines go dead. Whiski Jack quickly gave us a solution by opening up another unit in a different building for us to shower in. While that was an inconvenience I didn’t intend or want to have, WJ did about all they could to make it right. The stay and facility was pretty nice for the money. A little frustrating paying a cleaning fee and being asked to take all the trash out and run the dishwasher- seems like we are paying to do half the work ourselves. Overall not a bad experience for last minute trip to whistler.

Really enjoyed the location and the room! It was perfect for our two kids and us. Great hottub and pool. The owners responded to any questions very quickly. We are plan on returning again next year.
