Wonderful location and appreciated Briana and Barrett's responsiveness and accommodation when we needed to unexpectedly extend twice. The house was a little cluttered but was spacious and great for our family's extended stay.

This house was a beautiful, cozy, quiet, and comfortable retreat close to downtown Santa Fe. The community is quiet and friendly. Briana was so accommodating, was great at communicating, and had been great to deal with in general. I would 100% rent here again and I would 100% recommend renting from Briana!

Exceeded expectations! My wife and I spent a month here and this stay exceeded expectations in nearly every way. The booking process was easy thanks to Briana’s responsiveness. There are always more questions when making a longer stay but Briana took all the guessing out of it. The neighborhood was exactly what we wanted. It’s quiet, filled with amenities like golf and walking trails, full gym, etc and the views are spectacular. The house itself was spacious and very well equipped. We loved the fireplaces, in particular having one on the bedroom. The extra bedrooms were each set up to be easily used for home office purposes which was a must for me. The wifi is very strong. I never had any issue with video conferencing or streaming. Views of sunset off the upstairs balcony was a plus at the end of the day! As quiet as it was inside the neighborhood, everything in town seemed to be within a 5 minute drive. Thank you for making our Santa Fe stay so special !

Really lovely home to stay in over the holidays. Great location with easy access to all that Santa Fe has to offer. Clear and prompt communication. Would highly recommend staying here.
