My husband and I are travelling Italy for two weeks for our honeymoon and we booked this stay for one night, while we were in between locations (travelling from the Dolomites). I tried to communicate (via messenger) with the host to discuss check-in and I never received a response in over 4 hours. We tried to call multiple times and still no response from the host. Finally, we arrived in the town and the GPS directed us to a field on the middle of nowhere (incorrect address listed). After an hour of driving in circles, we asked a local for directions and they directed us to where we needed to be. Upon arrival to the stay, we were told our reservation did not exist and there were no more rooms left. Disappointed is an understatement! It was after 9pm at night, we were tired and hungry after a hike in the Dolomites and a four hour drive. I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the booking system, however if the host would have responded to my emails or my phone calls, this issue wouldn’t have occurred. The only saving grace is that one of the workers from the restaurant found a stay for us about 15 minutes away, which we really appreciated. Riccardo went above and beyond to assist us and we cannot thank him enough! We did eat at the restaurant while we were there and the food, wine and service was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend the restaurant, but I cannot say anything about the stay itself.

Camera dell’800 molto spaziosa in una struttura tranquilla nonostante la presenza del ristorante molto frequentato. Peccato per la pulizia della camera molto approssimativa, in 7 giorni non sono mai passati ad accertarsi delle condizioni o a cambiare gli asciugamani.
