I believe that the place should at least have enough TP available for a large group. The host is nice but needs to inspect his home before it's use.

Do not I mean do not stay here!! You will have to find another place to stay the day you leave!!! This was the worst experience I have ever had with Airbnb. He gives you the runaround he does not answer your calls he is very evasive. The morning that we left I had to find another place for me and my family to stay. It was so stressful and overwhelming. I was able to find a place to stay with the help of Airbnb. Airbnb should not have him on as a host because it feels like he’s just out to get your money. If you have booked with him please be aware that more than likely you will have to find another place that morning. If I were you I would reach out to Airbnb for help because you will be left high and dry!!!!

WORST FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH AN AIRBNB... Booked this location 1 yr in advance. The host was responsive prior to and just after my booking. Recently I saw increased negative reviews so I reached out to the host just to make sure everything was in order for my upcoming trip (approx 3 weeks out at this point). Gary didn't respond. The airbnb automated system suggested calling the host, which I did, and he answered. Gary ensured me things were in order and he would have the additional details for the house 24-48 hrs before arrival. 48 hrs b4 arrival no information on the house or the details to access it (the address given after booking was not the actual address. He indicated this was to protect the property). I tried messaging him via the airbnb app and I attempted to contact him on his phone like before - no response! 24 hrs before check in, i attempted to contact him again - no answer. this time I reached out to airbnb for help. a representative indicated she would attempt to contact him. I didnt hear anything for the remainder of the evening. the next morning I had a 6am flight and still heard nothing from Gary (hrs be4 check- in). so im pissed.. I have a group of 10 coming from the east coast and no address, just a general area of where the house will be. inbetween connecting flights, I get in touch with the representative that I spoke with the day before. she too has not been able to get in touch with Gary, but will cancel the reservation should he not respond within an hour of her reaching out again. Of course he doesn't respond! i touch down in Cali and my group and I have NOWHERE TO STAY.... I am fuming!!! the rep cancels the reservation and attempts to help me find another location by other hosts. so I am tasked with finding another house in a state I've never been to before while sitting in an airport. it's approx 2pm now and any place I find I have to message the host and hope they respond immediately because the cut off for booking was about 9hrs. thankfully I was at to find another place. I'm forewarning you, DO NOT BOIK WITH THIS HOST.

Unfortunately we booked a place with this host for December 23rd to Dec 27th that we were informed of on the day of check-in (2 days before Christmas) had issues and was not going to be available.  We were offered an alternative but it was much smaller.  The original booked listing was for 4 bedrooms with 4 actual beds plus 2 pull out sleeper sofas and 2 normal sofas and 3 bathrooms (Listing stated it accommodates 16 guests).  From the pictures the common area was much smaller in the substitution and had one less bedroom than what was booked .  We were told that graciously we would not be charged extra for being switched into a much smaller place. As we had 11 people booked for the stay the booked location would accommodate everyone comfortably, but where we were put barely even had enough seating in the common area for everyone when crammed in uncomfortably tight. We contacted the host that night after arriving and discussed the possibility of leaving the next day as we did not fit and everyone was unhappy there but it was already too late that day so we would have to stay the night anyway.  The host said that He was willing to discuss this and work with us the next day about this and the possibility of giving a partial refund for the unused days.  Unfortunately after that contact we did not get any further response from him on our contact attempts. As a family we celebrated together as best we could as a group there on Christmas Eve early in the day and then half of the people left as the living arrangement was untenable for that size of a group any longer in that location.  Then early on Christmas day the remainder of our group left a full day earlier than our booking as the whole point is to all be together as a family and there was no point in staying any longer since that was no longer possible.  Granted it was Christmas Eve when reaching out to the host, but he had said He would talk to us the following day, and given that we had booked one thing, gotten something different and it was not satisfactory for our needs there should at least have been some response.  In fact there has still been no response to any of our messages even though it is now a full two days after Christmas and booking was set to end.  Beyond that the home was not stocked with toilet paper and the dishwasher appears to not be in working order.  When we first opened the door for it there was a pool of brown slimy water several inches deep that had accumulated in the bottom so we were afraid it may flood the kitchen if turned on.  This information was also texted to the host but as stated we heard nothing from them since the day we arrived.  I know that sometimes things happen beyond control of anyone and if that is the case I do feel the host initially tried, but then given the circumstances just abandoned everyone and that makes me even question if this was not an intentional bait-and-switch.  Had there been responses following the first day and partial refund given for the shortened time frame I would feel better about the whole situation and even possibly endose this host, but the fact that they said they would work with us and talk with us and then ghosted us I would say to avoid booking with this host.

The place was pretty big and spacious! Our group of 8 fit perfectly. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We did not get the exact address until 5 minutes before check in which had us worried we were getting scammed. After check in everything went good and we enjoyed our stay!
