Such a great location and a very comfortable place to stay. Super easy to walk into Old Bend for dinner and drinks and we loved having access to the laundry and a big kitchen. We’d definitely stay here again!

Overall, the experience was satisfactory-to-good. The photos are somewhat outdated; the couch with a pullout bed is not the one shown in the photo. Lots of weeds/tall grass growth around the house made for an unkempt yard appearance and didn't reflect the outside photos of the duplex posted. The interior was mostly clean except for some noticeable pet hair on pillows/floors (knowing it's a pet-friendly place, we expect no pet hair if possible) and a pillow stain upon arrival. The bathroom had two of three lights burnt out and was poorly lit. Complimentary coffee was advertised but was unavailable upon arrival, so we needed to purchase our own. For a side street, we were surprised at how noisy the neighborhood is, with neighbors warming up loud trucks in the morning and lots of traffic buzzing up and down the street throughout the day. If guests are looking for something rustic and affordable, this place fits the bill.

Downtown Den was perfect for our 4 day stay in Bend. It is small but spacious, and gave plenty of room for my husband and I plus our two dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance, and tons of trails within both walking and driving distance. Katey was proactive in sending information on how to get to the driveway (you can't get to it from the main road) so the place was really easy to find. The bed is comfortable and the amenities were exactly as described. Overall, loved the place and would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Bend :)
