My husband, 1.5 years old son and I stayed at Ms Janet's unit for one month. The unit was clean and tidy as advertised. We faced no surprises when we arrived and all was as expected. We requested additional household items from Ms Janet and she supplied those within couple of days. The location is great and very close to Greenbelt. One minor drawback is not having broadband internet in the unit. We used to access internet via Globe, through mobile phone sim card, but the connection was on and off most of the time, and we had to go to Greenbelt to get free Wi-Fi or use an internet café. Overall, a very good unit and an excellent host. Highly recommended.
I stayed in this apartment for 8 weeks, and was pretty delighted with my decision. The apartment is decently furnished, but benefits tremendously from it's location. You've got a whole series of restaurants, along with a coffee shop, convenience store, and dry cleaners, all on the same street, with the sprawling greenfields shopping complex only 5 minutes walk away. In addition, the CBD is also a few minutes walk away, whilst you're in close proximity to Ayala Triangle (e.g. For work purposes or just to walk around the nice green spaces of its park). Janet and her husband were truly wonderful, and went to every trouble on my behalf, from preparing the apartment with fruit and drinks prior to my arrival, to even taking me to the airport at 3am in the morning. Quite frankly, I don't think you'll find nicer and more understanding people, and i can't speak highly enough of them. Overall the apartment is a decent base, either for a short leisure trip or for work purposes within Manila, and you'll find it affords all the comforts of home.
My five star rating for a very cozy place, excellent location, and very accommodating host. The place is pretty neat and relaxing. There where good restaurants and cafés on the same block, and greenbelt shopping centers are just two blocks away. We are very much welcomed with compliments and fresh fruits. Ms Janet also accommodated our request for an extended check-out time and attended us even on wee hours. Highly recommended.

As a natural organizer, I always see to it that things are in order and working as they should but gives allowance for the inevitable. My favorite local destination is of course my home province, Bohol because I get to enjoy paradise in the company of my dear parents, relatives and friends. Hosting is actually not new to me because when we were growing up and living with our parents, our house was always frequented with visiting relatives and friends from all over the world. Our parents would always encourage us to interact with our visitors and offer our hospitality to make them feel relaxed and at home. We helped them out with their itinerary or just anything to make their stay memorable and pleasant. I take responsibility for all the I create in my life.
