部屋はとにかく綺麗で、テレビも大きくYou Tubeも観れます。八方尾根のスキー場が目の前という立地も最高。おすすめです。

Great location right by Sakka ski lift. Space is brand new great amenities plenty of space inside.

Taka was an AMAZING host - so friendly and helpful with everything and the place is was perfect! Such a good location right next to the shuttle bus, Sakka slopes and next to a whole bunch of restaurants and pubs. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to everyone! :)

The location: wow. Sandwiched between cafes and rental shops w a rental shop actually adjoining the house. We could dump our stuff for the day and walk upstairs to our apartment. A food “bus” across the street selling amazing not chocolates and organic grub and the town shuttle bid a 30 second walk away. Super convenient. And a chairlift about 50 metres away so smack dab in the middle of the best part of Wadano. The apartment itself is one of about 3 maybe? This meant you could sometimes hear others coming and going, which might bother some ppl. Small open plan kitchen and everything was spotless. Stairs up to the loft are quite steep so it may not be suitable for young kids up there but it’s a cosy space w twin beds. Our kids loved the privacy of it. Other bedrooms have two twin beds each so it’s a great modest size apt for 6 ppl. The bathroom has a lovely compact Japanese style tub w lid - you sit down and scrub in the shower then soak in the tub ... very civilised. There’s only one bathroom which might be a problem if you’re two groups travelling together, but the loo is separate so we never had a problem w it. Amazing Japanese toilet. If you’ve never experienced one, then you’re missing out. Buttons for everything and a heated seat. And the water pressure was AMAZING (in the shower, not the toilet!) The kitchen is small but has everything you need: little toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and even a compact dishwasher. The heat worked wonderfully and we only ever had to use it in the living room. Under floor heating was in one spot (only?) in the living room but was a nice addition. The one thing I would change in the living room is the layout: there’s a large dining table in the middle of the room, w a hard sofa on one side and a bench on the other. Great for meals but not so great when wanting to curl up and get cosy after skiing to watch a movie (big tv has Netflix and Youtube all set up and ready to go). We had to drag furniture around and use the provided (very soft and cosy!) blankets to lay on as the sofa didn’t fit all 5 of us. It was more comfortable to chillax on the floor. We use to live in Japan so prefer to be on the floor but many would not. I think maybe reconfiguring the eating area around a kitchen island would be better and making the living room into more of a cosy space instead of dining room would be better. The space was spotless but could’ve done with some cosy “ski chalet” touches - the space was a bit sterile but at least easy to keep clean that way. I think someone was replenishing towels every day but I never saw them come. There was a washing machine in the boot room but we never used it. Not sure if it’s free or not. Taka was lovely - very helpful when we asked for rides to the store and even one morning to the mountain. It was an absolutely seamless stay and we’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
