The condo is spacious, comfortable and near North Woodstock restaurants and stores. Multiple trailheads are easily accessible in a few minutes car ride. I have stayed there twice and will certainly come back.

The condo was perfect for us. It had multiple sleeping options and 3 full bathrooms which was perfect for our family dynamics and our scheduled events for the weekend. I would highly recommend this unit.

Over all experience was good. we had a very nice time spending with all the facilities provided. Living room TV was a bit old, where we were not able to connect to You tube, but that is fine, we spent good time with friends.

Listing was perfect for our stay. Lots of rooms and beds to accommodate 7 adults and 2 children. Plenty of bathrooms to get ready in the morning. Loved all of space to spread out and enjoy different activities or entertainment while in the townhouse without being on top of each other. Kids enjoyed finding various games in the benches and closets, as well as the tabletop shuffleboard in the basement. Deck was relaxing to sit on, listening to the brook nearby and taking in the fresh air. Agreed with other reviews, bedrooms could get very warm and stuffy. Upstairs rooms with twin beds did have a large fan to help circulate air, but only window that opened didn't allow a lot of air flow due to tree outside. Bedroom with queen on the same floor has good air flow. Bedroom with king bed on main floor, only option for fresh air was to open the slider to deck, which was not ideal to leave open over night, so my sister and her husband bought a small fan to use.

Based upon other Air Bnb stays we were disappointed. There were not window treatments on the kitchen windows, large downstairs sliders or upstairs loft. In the evening you could see right through the space from outside. Also I had messaged prior to booking asking about air conditioning and was told there were window units. There were, however not in the bedrooms except for the basement bedroom. The 2nd floor rooms were uncomfortable for sleeping as they were too warm., and did not have closets to hang clothes. The bathrooms need fans for ventilation when showering as they get very damp and moldy. The entire space smelled musty upon arrival and the basement stayed musty throughout stay. Overall the space itself would be amazing if they put a little more care into the appearance and functionality. We didn’t let that ruin our trip however and the owner responded back to us quickly when we needed to reach out for assistance.
