We enjoyed our stay; Murtoa is a great location to start the Silo Art trail and has its own historical attractions. Lynell's cottage is spacious, clean, and comfortable, with very nice beds, and is in a peaceful, quiet corner of town. Lynell was a great host, meeting us on arrival, hand-delivering fresh eggs from her nearby farm and giving us some good local recommendations. Good coffee at the Lazy Lizard and Chris's Cafe. We highly recommend the cottage if you are out to explore this part of Victoria.

Immaculate home! Lynell's BnB was beautifully presented, clean - actually spotless. Furniture was as new and all that was needed was available. Beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was large and had all appliances. Lovely BBQ area and large back yard, perfect for children to run around. Communication was clear and timely, allowing us to easily arrive and leave. We would stay here again, and highly recommend this as a stay for families.

Our 2 night stay at Lynell’s has been a delight with more to see and do in the district than we’d realised. A short stop over on the way to Adelaide, we enjoyed fantastic accomodation and a 5 star experience from start to finish! Nothing was too much trouble and Lynell clearly has a passion for spoiling house guests and making them feel at home. A recent renovation provides all you could need and then some…..super comfy king size bed, lovely new linen, a modern kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher and lots of delicious supplies (yes the fresh eggs were amazing), comfy leather couches, free wifi & Netflix and a massive outdoor space. Close to the pub (great meals), cafe and river and a short drive to some must see local sites such as the Stick Shed, Museum, Rupunyip & Horsham townships and a number of incredible silo art sites. Thank you so much Lynell for your friendly hospitality, country charm and generosity, we highly recommend your place to others. Jen & Ian
