Loved staying at Alice’s! The pictures of her place honestly don’t do it justice. It’s so cute and cozy; we felt right at home. Beds were comfortable, couch was comfortable, shower got nice and hot, and with good water pressure. The only thing that made this stay less than perfect was the home is on a single thermostat and it was between 62 and 64 our entire stay. It was fine for my husband and I but a little chilly for our 8 month old. The home is within walking distance of town. Our favorite places during our stay were Council Rock Brewery and the Fenimore Art Museum. Ommegang was nice and a short drive. We would not hesitate to stay at one of Alice’s places again in the future!

We have stayed at Alice’s place several times and will keep coming back. The location is great, a short walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The apartment is very quiet and relaxing. The beds and pillows are very comfortable with luxurious bedding. I also always love the aromatherapy created by the wonderful spray mists and soaps available to use, some are created by Alice. It’s a wonderful home away from home, that we enjoy with our dog, when we come to the area to visit family members.

The location is superb, easy walk to Main Street. Alice is a super responsive and gracious host. We loved the art work and charming decor. Would stay here again.

We had a nice stay at Alice’s place in Cooperstown. The apartment was very clean and spacious.
