Such a positive and amazing experience staying at Frédéric’s apartment! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Frédéric and his team member were so accommodating and friendly throughout our entire stay. The apartment was squeaky clean and stocked with kitchen supplies and utensils. We loved having a washer and dryer, iron/ironing board, extra blankets, A/C unit etc. The elevator in the building also made checking in and out super convenient (we had lots of luggage!). Overall the neighborhood felt very local, calm and quiet compared to some of the busier and heavily trafficked areas of Barcelona. A short walk to the metro lines and great little cafes in walking distance. Vivari and Turris were our favorite. About a 15 min walk to La Sagrada Familia. Overall a lovely, spacious apartment. We stayed for 8 nights and couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere else!

Frédéric is a brilliant host, communication was great and the check-in/out was easy. The flat itself is amazing - spotless, light and airy and very well maintained. We were very pleased with the flat and appreciated the little touches - provided shower gel, two sets of keys, a washing machine with detergent. The location is residential and peaceful with the metro and supermarket just a 5 minute walk away. We would very happily stay here again - thank you :)

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, Restsurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, zur Sagrada Familia geht’s zu Fuß. Wer einen Fußweg von 30 Minuten nicht scheut, kommt auch zu den anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten gut hin! Empfehlenswert, da außerhalb der von Touristen frequentierten Viertel.

We loved Barcelona and enjoyed staying at the apartment. Frederic was great host, helpful and responsive. His office is in the same building on the first floor. The apartment was clean and the pictures captured each room. The third bedroom is small but does fit two twin beds. Location is convenient to most of the attractions (10 minute taxi / 15-20 Minute walk) and we enjoyed staying in a more residential area near the Sagrada Familia. We are picky guests and would definitely stay here again without a hesitation.

Such a great, clean,comfortable, convenient stay at Frederic’s apartment. Lots of space, light , subways & buses nearby in a low key quiet neighborhood. Frederic is an extremely helpful & hospitable host. A terrific spot to stay. Thank you
