The place is in a really peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants. The host was incredible. He was always responsive l, almost immediately to my messages. He sent recommendations for local restaurants upon my asking as well.

The apartment was lovely, exactly as it appeared in pictures and in a lovely location. Around an hour walk into Marienplatz, but only a 10/15 minute walk to any restaurants and cafés. Sebastian was very helpful and made check in easy and stress free. The apartment is beautiful and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if I return to Munich. The trip was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and Sebastian kindly placed balloons in the living room for our arrival.

Sebastian was very proactive in his response and getting us set up. The place was very nice and close to markets. Check in was very flexible and check out was a breeze. would certainly recommend!

I stayed at Sebastian’s and his wife’s apt for a month. The pictures don’t do this apt justice! It’s light and modern. I loved the balcony and watching people with their dogs outside. It’s definitely a family area and very quiet! There are numerous kitchen appliances, plenty of dishes and a LOT of seasonings. Upon arrival, Basti took a lot of time to show me around and explain how the dishwasher, stove, oven and automatic shades worked. The bed and room darkening shades helped me sleep like a baby!! It is .25 miles to the bus stop, which is a 7-minute ride to Münchner Freiheit, which is a bustling area and offers shops, cafes, restaurants and two U-Bahn lines and other buses and trams anywhere you want to go. Edeka grocery store and Shizoo (sushi) are at the bus stop, too. I had a couple of requests during the month and Basti was super fast to reply and offer remedies. He is awesome and I appreciate how he and his wife made me feel at home.
