What a great place. Beautiful outside and inside. So clean and well kept. Very close to Gunnison, Blue Mesa , and many other great drives and hikes. Everything you need is at the cabin. Everyone enjoyed the recreation room. Kids had a lot of fun with pool and table tennis. Great kitchen and more than enough chairs outside and in. We had a wonderful experience .

This stay was one of the worst Airbnb experiences we have had to date. Just a few things I think potential renters should know: #1 House was extremely dirty! Blood on bed linens, filthy moldy shower curtains, cobwebs and dirt falling from deer heads onto kitchen tables, I could go on and on. When I spoke to host about cleanliness she confirmed the cleaners were new and last cleaners were burnt out but refused to refund cleaning fee. I had to get Airbnb involved. #2 There is absolutely no cell service at cabin and the WiFi is non existent. The only time we got service was intermittently as we walked by the game room door. We had four couples with different cell carriers same problem. There was a very staticky land line in case of an emergency but was super hard to hear on #3 We had to deal with people coming to the property. Day one we arrived almost an hour late to check in and the cleaners were still there and wanted to stay and chat and tell us how to finish the laundry. Day three host’s son showed up in the morning to noisily unload heavy equipment and block driveway. He then was put out when we would not allow him to mow the lawn. Day four as we were saying our goodbyes almost an hour before check out the host’s son arrived again and drove up and down the road staring at us until we left. We have never experienced this before at any other Airbnb. #4 You are a stones throw from highway. If you are visiting during summer and have to open windows at night for air flow be prepared to hear truckers all night. #5 The house is outdated and worn down. The pictures must have been from several years ago. There are broken TVs, broken fire alarms and exposed wiring in guest house. Overall, this property is just not worth the money. I would not recommend this property or host to anyone.
