Diane’s place was Perfect for my 2 night stay- I wish I could have stayed longer!!! I will definitely be back. Comfortable, charming decor, big kitchen, spotless bathroom and location was key. Walk to park and sit by the river to have morning coffee- great coffee and breakfast/lunch spot walkable. Less than 10 min to Catskills village, 15 min to Hudson village- all around lovely stay. On a quiet street and all the amenities you need to feel right at home!! Thanks again Diane!

The host is proactive and responsive to questions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and there was never any lack of supplies. The bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room, were neat and organized. The kitchen was stocked with necessary items including condiments, cooking oils, clean dishes and utensils, tea/coffee, and yoghurt in the fridge. The bathroom was clean and included sufficient towels (bath, hand, mat, etc) for multiple people/days. We didn't spend much time in the living room, but it seemed tidy. The bedroom had heating that helped with the cold overnight. The only issue is that the neither the bedroom nor bathroom door had a lock. The host assured us we were the only guests on the second floor and that her room/space is locked, but being able to lock our bedroom would have made us feel more secure.

I travelled to Athens for a wedding and was happy to have found accommodations that were both more affordable and much closer to the festivities compared to the "official" hotel reserved for us guests. The house was cozy, impeccably maintained, and overall a great place to recuperate during what was otherwise a very hectic weekend.

Such a pleasure to stay here. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and so peaceful. Great little village to potter around in. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is welcoming, comfortable, and larger than I expected. Diane was welcoming, communicated clearly, and has helpful instructions posted. The location is fairly convenient for exploring neighboring Hudson valley areas. Overall, a great place to stay!
