Great place to stay! so close to the att stadium and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty. Hassan was very attentive and kind. definitely recommend this place for all your visits to Arlington or DFW area

The home is lovely. The location of the home makes it super accessible to everything- shopping, food, the stadium, roadways, UT Arlington and more! The space in the home is amazing. We were caught off guard by the size because the house doesn't appear to be as big as it is. The most amazing plus....there are 3, full bathrooms! The only real con....there is only 1, functioning television. Otherwise, great choice for your vacation stays!

the location was good but the house was sub par. the garage was broken for the first half of our stay and we couldn't use it. the recycling bin was filled with non recyclable materials and I couldn't move it so we had to find somewhere to recycle. cleanliness didn't match my standards. we washed ALL the bedding upon arrival. make sure to bring your own vacuum and/or broom with you and don't expect a quick response from the host.

This is not an easy review. There were parts of Dalia's home that were nice--the living room and dining area were nice enough. The home is located close to Six Flags, the sports stadiums, and grocery stores. Check-in was easy and convenient. But the overriding feeling we had was one of disappointment. This space just wasn't worth the money we paid, and it suffered from a clear lack of attention. We arrived to find the lawn overgrown to such a degree that local landscapers were leaving flyers on the front door. We told Dalia about this, and she arranged to have it cut, but a month later we had to do the same thing again. Whoever last stayed in the home left the large rolling recycling bin completely full of household trash and garbage-- nothing that was recyclable, so the recycling service wouldn't take it, and neither would the trash men. We told Dalia about this, but she never resolved it. That bin stayed full for the two months we stayed there. The kitchen is unimpressive. The oven is a miniature sized unit, the cabinets are old and dingy, and the cookware provided...well, I suggest you bring your own. The pans are beaten up and so badly scraped they look like they were purchased at a frontier yard sale. We ended up buying a frying pan and a griddle. There is a cupboard full of random items, but so tossed-in that I doubt any real cleaning or organizing occurred prior to our arrival. And so many standard kitchen items were missing, which is really aggravating considering that this home is only available for long-term renters. No measuring cups, no measuring spoons, spatulas, potato peeler or can opener? Really? No mop provided in a home with tile floors? We discovered too late that the washing machine is only connected to hot water; we found this out only after washing clothing that we had set to cold water, but which shrank and bled out the colors in the hot water. There is a small back yard, but no patio furniture or any chair to sit and enjoy it. The bathtub is chipped and dirty, so we never used it. The doors and light switches were really dirty, and half of the lightbulbs in the home were burned out when we arrived. The couches and barstools were stained and in bad need of cleaning. In short, this place needs someone who is available to give it the care that it needs, and we got the sense that Dalia just isn't around. Some of these issues Dalia addressed early on, like the lawn and the shortage of utensils (She sent us 100.00 to stock the kitchen with utensils and a mop and to replace the fluorescent bulbs in the garage.) But other things just never got answered, and we saw very little evidence to justify the sizable cleaning fee we were charged up front, and at over 3,000/mo, you could find better.
