The location at the time of booking was near Nainital Lake, the exact property location given after booking was 27 km away in a remote area. Booking was not canceled on complaint. Proper address not mentioned. There was a lot of problem in going to the property after 6 pm, the condition of the approach road is very bad. The wifi and TV were not working, the host refused to fix them. There is no microwave at home. The property does not have lake access. Complaint was made to the host but they did not fix the wifi. I could not do office work. I wanted to stay near the lake in Nainital with my family, but I was forced to live in a very poor place. The caretaker of the property is a very nice lady who helped us a lot. Where this property is located, there are many homestays available at half its price. Had to park the car outside the house which is not a safe parking. The condition of the road from the main road to the property is very bad, it is difficult for the car to reach
