Klaus-Christian is a very friendly!:) He quickly helped us with all our questions during our stay and we are very grateful! The apartment is comfortable and clean! It has everything you need for a long stay. Equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, kettle and oven, dishes), washer and iron, high-quality furniture and even interior decorations make the stay in the apartment very comfortable. Internet connection is stable and high-speed. There are several shops and a pharmacy nearby, while a supermarket and a bakery are a 10-minute walk from the apartments. The S-bahn station in 2 minutes by walk. We were glad to stay there!

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. Claus-Christian is the ideal host: he was always helpful and immediately responded to all my questions. The apartment has everything you need: from cooking (stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water heater) to washing to a really fast 100MBit/s internet. I did videoconferences all week and the web was definitely fast enough for this. Rheinstetten is a bit outside Karlsruhe City but I was able to get to central parts (Kaiserstrasse, Marktplatz) in about 25-30min by Strassenbahn. What is more, there are lots of great bike trails, so if you manage to get a hold of a bicycle you can explore the area and discover nice and relaxing spots. The Rhine river is very close (about 2.5 miles to the east of the apartment) and there are lots of trails nearby. If you go the west, after about a mile you reach the "Epple lake" which is one of the nicest lakes around Karlsruhe and a great place to hang out in the summer. Food-wise, there are several restaurants nearby from a variety of price options. And there is a local super-market "REWE" about 5min by bike (or car) where you can get your groceries conveniently.
