Mimmo’s apartment was so beautiful and exactly as advertised. Everything was extremely clean and just perfect! The apartment was well equipped in every way. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom, the bedroom was quiet, with a very comfortable queen bed. Plenty of space to hang our clothing. Perfect location to explore old world Palermo. Mimmo was so gracious to offer suggestions on local trattorias and sites to see, as well as providing precise directions to catch the bus from the airport. Wonderful experience for our first trip to Sicily! We can’t wait to return next year!

die Wohnung liegt in der beliebtesten Fussgängerzone Palermos, die Fenster sind glücklicherweise nach einer Seitenstrasse ausgerichtet, was den Geräuschpegel sehr angenehm macht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und top eingerichtet. Mimmo ist kurz gesagt eine Perle. Wir haben oft am offenen Balkon gesessen und die Aussicht auf das Leben in den Gassen genossen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen in Fussdistanz; ebenso Fährhafen und Bahnhof. Was will man mehr?

Mimmo was an excellent host, responding quickly to our questions before, on arrival and during our stay in this remarkable city. Although the apartment is in an historic building it has recently been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard with a fantastically equipped modern kitchen (stocked with teas, coffee and snacks) and a luxurious bathroom. The living area and bedroom are large and spacious, with access to balconies on two sides overlooking both the main (largely pedestrianised) and side streets below. Being on the third floor (via a small elevator or grand stairway) it is sufficiently distant from the hustle and bustle below so that it provides a peaceful haven if you need it. The apartment is very well located in the centre of Palermo meaning most of the wonderful historic sights in the city are within walking distance. We enjoyed our (too short) visit here so much, we would whole heartedly recommend it, and will definitely book it again next time we visit Palermo.

Excellent séjour dans un très bel appartement particulièrement bien situé, au coeur de Palerme, et pourtant calme grâce au double vitrage. L'accueil de Mimmo a été parfait. Nous sommes arrivés en avance et Mimmo a tout fait pour que nous puissions prendre possession du logement le plus rapidement possible. C'est vraiment l'endroit idéal pour séjourner à Palerme. Nous ne pouvions faire un meilleur choix. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Si vous cherchez un logement à Palerme, n’hésitez plus ! En plus d’être un hôte exemplaire, Mimmo est très accueillant et aux petits soins ! Toujours disponible pour des conseils durant notre séjour. L’appartement est impeccable, encore mieux qu’en photo. Situé dans la rue principale, vous y trouverez tout ce qu’il faut ainsi qu’aux alentours (restaurants, bars, commerces de proximité, pharmacie…). Mimmo nous a également transmis une liste des incontournables de Palerme ! Malgré l’animation de la rue, l’appartement est très très bien isolé et aucun bruit n’y parait. Idéalement placé, il y a un arrêt de bus à 300m qui dessert l’aéroport ainsi que la gare de Palerme, que vous pouvez rejoindre en 20min à pieds, tout comme le port si vous souhaitez faire une escapade à Ustica ! Si un jour nous revenons, ce sera chez Mimmo, sans hésiter ! Grazie Mile Silvana e Mimmo 😍 A Presto !!
