We had a great friends getaway and it was a good central location for our group traveling from different parts of Minnesota. Nice view of the lake and lots of space indoors to spread out and relax. It was rainy during our stay so we enjoyed the cabin space and played lots of board games. :)

very nice getaway for the weekend and also has spacious rooms. Not too pricey for what you pay for and host is very responsive and nice. Had a fun weekend and qould recommend to anyone who is looking for somewhere to spend the weekend at that is not too far and not too close to the cities.

We were so excited to have this space for my daughter's Dec. 30th wedding at Pinewood which is about 10 minutes away. The bridesmaids stayed here for the weekend and the house was perfect. So beautiful and spacious. We loved having the upstairs and downstairs eating areas. The views of the lake are so pretty even though the lake wasn't frozen due to this crazy warm winter. Samantha was very helpful and responsive in my planning process and even allowed us for a small extra cost to have an early check in and a late check out after the wedding. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We might even return in the summer when we could enjoy the lake.

All around a fantastic experience! We stayed here for a week over Christmas and felt right at home! This is a beautiful cabin that matched the description and photos perfectly. We hope to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

Our family enjoyed this house! We all had our own spaces but we all had space to be together. Amazing view! Beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms are wonderful but if you are staying for quite a few days you may need to bring along extra bath towels or laundry soap to wash your towels as there was only 2 towels per bathroom (there are wash clothes and hand towels). This is just a side note and no reason for a bad review but If you are arriving after dark be prepared with a flashlight as it is really dark and there are no dusk to dawn lights to light the way to the house. Over all this was a DREAM and we are so grateful that we found this amazing place for our family! I'm looking forward to returning to Cedar Lodge!
