I love the location for walking to Mansfield University and the town. Beautiful scenic town surrounded by mountains. Cute home with helpful amenities of a full service kitchen and laundry for longer stay. Very responsive helpful host. I look forward to staying here again.

I hate to say anything negative but I do realize it’s only fair for other guests. I did read a review from about a year and a half ago that the shower didn’t work and I guess I kind of figured it was probably fixed by now but the shower still doesn’t work it shoots to the shower wall. I had rented this as a Christmas gift for so my daughter and her husband so she had to come to my house to take her showers but that was very Inconvenient. There were several broken items such as the dresser and the lamp and no curtain or shade in the kitchen window. I had to take extension cord and a power strip for them to be able to use the toaster and the microwave conveniently as the plug-ins that were close did not work. I would say it’s a great place for a man who’s working 12 hour days and doesn’t want to hang out there. The living room is upstairs and it doesn’t say anything about that in the listing.

We enjoy staying here because we can easily walk to town and the University. Perfect location in this charming rental. Always quickly to respond.
