No bedside table lamps. (Pictures show lamps) Makes bed time reading challenging. Decor is different than pictured. I like to cook my own meals. No measuring cups/spoons available. Peeling wallpaper in bathroom. Owner called me the day beforemy checkout day to see if I was leaving yet. Felt I was being watched via his outdoor cameras, because I received the call shortly after having taken out some trash. Couple days prior I got a call while I was at my family’s home, asking if I had taken a plug of some kind. Said I hadn’t taken anything. Owner told me “no problem, I replaced it”. Lead me to think he came in without telling me he was doing so, which creeped me out. The garage bedroom conversion has a musty smell. I kept that door shut (off of kitchen). Nice touch would be at least 1 full length mirror. I took the tooth paste I opened. Full size toiletries were provided, but I wouldn’t want to use something someone else had used. I do think the property has much potential. Needs TLC.

Dirty, blood stains and no sheets on Murphy bed mattress, no trash bags, 3 paper towels on roll, dirty hair brush in kitchen cabinet by stove, licked-off, dirty spoon in silverware drawer, red dried liquid dripping down top of toilet seat, hairs and dirt in dirty sheets in master, table chair broken and barely hanging on , guest room door knob locked our child inside room and wouldn’t open from inside, no paper towels, half open bag of pads in sink drawer, foul sewage smell sometimes after flushing toilet in master, pictures slipping out of frames, dirty rag in sink, old dirty things need cleaned out of house and place thoroughly deep cleaned to make usable.

Beautiful and unique home with interesting pieces. In a beautiful neighborhood. Extremely close the immaculate Philbrook Museum and close to the city center and Cherry street area.
