It was a great stay and everything was fantastic. It is one of the best 2 bed room apartments in Flushing area and I really recommend it to visitors if you want a spacious and quiet place with a lot of private outdoor space (you can't really find anything like this in an apartment in flushing). Alan was very kind and responsive too. 5 star plus !

My parents stayed at Alan’s property for a month and they loved it. The apt is clean, spacious and looked better in person! Alan was super responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting my parents and they look forward to stay at your property again!

After booking, I was anxious about the changed accommodation because I was asked to change twice. However, the location of the accommodation was within 10 minutes from the subway and train station, and it was a safe and peaceful place. It was kind and friendly to communicate with the owner. The accommodation structure was also convenient. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. However, during the stay for a month, the water leaked from the sink and then it was backflowed, but it was fixed that day. There was a lot of dust in the air conditioner, so I had to ask for cleaning because I could not use it. And there was a problem with the washing machine but the landlord installed a new one when we came back to our place. Overall, our one-month stay at the AirBnb was good choice I would like to recommend this place because it was safe and to communicate with owner easily.

Alan was a great host. Always available when I needed something. The apartment is extremely well located, you really do not require a car. The apartment has everything you need for an extended stay. I would strongly recommended it to my friends!
