Stayed at Marlon's place for 1 week and checked out on Christmas Eve. He was hospitable and even greeted me when I arrived his place. Fay was also helpful with the day to day, as well as other members at home. Thoroughly enjoyed the place at it is residential and strategically located near Makati, Alabang etc. and they are pet friendly too! Only downside though is the place is not for light sleepers because it is beside the airport. Also order from Marlon since he has a food business-- food is superb! :)

Thank you Ms. Nini for letting me leave my luggage when I came in first thing in the morning. The place is really clean and cozy! We really enjoyed out stay kahit super iksi lang. kuya Marlon is really accomodating and a very funny person kaya talagang maffeel mo na at home ka! ❤️ The place have it’s own water-filtering system kaya hassle free kung mahilig kayo sa water! We didn’t really mind the planes taking off kase heavy sleeper naman kami. Mahirap lang din makakuha ng taxi or grab pero darating din naman ☺️ Overall, if you’re really looking for a homey accomodation, I recommend Marlon and Nini’s place!

bad experience for us. Host wasn't around to check us in, a person there just handed us a key and pointed up some stairs. No wifi available for the first two hours after we arrived, very bad signal for smart data, we're very hungry and wanted to order food delivery but couldn't because of the lack of signl or wifi. We received a message from the host at 1030pm that asking if everything was OK and telling us we could order meals from them (this was 6 Hours after we arrived, who orders dinner at 1030pm?)..There were dogs downstairs that were barking although not excessively, in the early morning after the first night there were lots of loud voices downstairs (I guess getting ready to go to work mschool etc).. No restaurants nearby and maybe the worst thing was that it's VERY close to a runway of NAIA and there were flights coming and going ALL night. I got very little sleep and had an important meeting to attend and was extremely tired. I saw no mention of the airport noise in the listing. We booked for 2 nights but transferred after one night so we could actually sleep at night. Otherwise the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Cannot recommend this place though.

We had a great time at Nini and Marlon’s place. They are kind and accommodating. If you want to relax or want to avoid crowded places, this is definitely the perfect place to stay in. Would definitely come again. 😊
