A cozy place in a great location and very comfortable stay. You could eat at a different restaurant for every meal and they'd all be in immediate walking-distance and delicious. It would be hard to find a more convenient location and to have on-site parking is a major plus in that area. Comfortable couch and bed and a nice shower.

This is the second time staying at this location. It’s is centrally located across the road from Watchung Plaza, which has several shops and restaurants. The train to NYC, as well as the bus, run straight through Watchung Plaza, so quick access to the city.

We spent 2 weeks during the winter holidays at this place and I would give it a better review if it wasn’t for the 2 majors issues we had. First and foremost the ceiling in the bedroom leaked right into our bed during the first night before it was fixed (on the third day). The second issue is that after coming back using the last NJ train, we were locked out at midnight due to missing keys for the building's bottom lock. Host didn’t provide these keys. Airbnb and host were unresponsive. After an hour of knocking, we had to walk over an hour in the middle of nowhere, with all our belongings still locked in the room, in the hopes of finding a hotel. Our phone battery died on us but thankfully, we ended up finding a hotel ($354). Airbnb won't fully reimburse and we didn’t even get something as simple as an apology from the host for putting us through this honestly nightmarish situation. Otherwise, the apartment is spacious and nice, close to the train station but far from NYC.
